The team formed in 2014 to share the organising of the Open Gardens event for that year.
Previously, we had had our own experiences of Open Gardens - varying from opening our own gardens, to organising, to both.
After the huge success of 2014 how could we not repeat the event? And it's not only becoming a fantastic money raiser for our local hospice but we are having a lot of fun organising it!
2019 saw us back with a vengeance and a donation of a whopping £9k to the Hospice
Well, 2020 is lockdown year but we have made a wonderful film so you won't miss out.... this year you can share your village with your daughter in Australia too!
We are all local Hurstpierpoint residents - as you look at the photo -

Back Row: Alison Truelove, Nina Hodges, Sue Blair-Fish, Pat Kean,
Front Row - Bec Hanley, Prue Heron and Georgie Shepherd. And this year, we have had extra help from the lovely Jo Kaddish who has opened her own gardens to many times in the past (but sadly not yet included in the photo!).
